got up and exercised this morning for the first time in months! i know how good i feel so why don't i do this more often?
258.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 108.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

One thing that I heard someone say once was this... "You never regret a workout" And its true. So when I don't feel like working out or I am coming up with excuses, I think that to myself and I workout anyway. And Its true. I never regret working out.
