despite eating pasta and rice and parmesan and olive oil and bread and cheddar and not even going for a walk never mind run, I lost 0.2kg. Indeed, the worse I eat and the less exercise I do, the more I seem to lose weight.
I think that even though the diet and exercise are off kilter at the moment, I'm benefiting from eating less and from an increased metabolism from previous exercise.
Long term my current diet is not so good and I need to keep up the running but I'm somehow still benefiting. Once this house move is complete I can get back into my diet-exercise rhythm.
Also, it's easier to lose weight if you are over-weight than if you are not over-weight...
