I've been eating all the things that I shouldn't so the scale shows it. starting today I've gob back on my life style. No...gluten, dairy, corn, potatoes and nuts. those are my 5 main issues. So bye bye to those, I'm sick of being this weight, especially since just before the weight gain, I got rid of my clothes for this size, so instead of getting new stuff, I chose my health.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

That's great to make choices and hard decisions. Eliminating added sugar also goes along way to losing weight and keeping diseases far far away.

Main thing is control the amounts you eat. Chocolate or sweets at night are mine
