Went off the rails yesterday. Spent 8 hours with the inspector looking at a home we are hoping to buy. Luckily, my friend (he's a contractor) and his wife joined us. Afterwards, he suggested Mexican. I ate and drank all the things that are bad for me. Strawberry Daquari, Deep fried Chicken Chimichanga, Cheese Enchilada, Chile Relleno, rice, beans, lots and lots of corn chips and salsa. It didn't help much, but it was delicious.

Given that, my body appears to have responded graciously.
299.7 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
