My weight is fluctuating like crazy and my digestive system is not functioning right. Going to try to up fiber intake and get back to drinking lots of water. May also get prunes or something tomorrow. On top of everything I am sick. So frustrating.

I get the digestive tract problem-frustrating me also, along with the bronchitis. I tried the benefiber fiber drink mix-raspberry tea. Just pour in your water bottle and you get your water and fiber at once. I like it, waiting to see how it works. It does taste good. Also it is frustrating to diet and not see a drop in weight-I think I've gone almost two weeks without a drop. But I know it all has to catch up sooner or later. Keep up the good work....are you on the valentines challenge? ruth E

I have tried so many different combinations of diets that have failed. Suggestion: try eating foods that aren't already prepared. Its hard at first but much better because you can control the amount of fat and sodium you are consuming. Hot dogs are high in fat and so is the potpie. Also I have found that low fat foods usually add more sugar or artificial sweetner and thats another problem they have to add sugar to make up for the lowfat so it taste good. Try the Greek honey yogurt it has sugar but if you eat a smaller portion it is still better for you. If you like blueberries you can add them. I buy the frozen organic and keep them in the freezer. Also prunes are good in the yogurt. Prunes work great I eat 5 every other day. Don't get discouraged you will figure out what works for you. It took me until now to finally start losing weight. Everybody is different. What works for one person doesn't always work for others. I just can't lose weight if I eat prepared foods. Don't get frustrated I know how you feel. Good Luck!
