1 bowl cereal w/ skim milk breakfast
1 suger water mid meal
1 chef salad lite Italian Lunch
1 tbsp ELOO mid meal
:20 eliptical -200 Cal
1.5 bowl cereal w/ skim milk and banana dinner
So far, so good!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
