began 10 to 12 week fat loss diet on 5/17/2016 and have been able to cut out the sweets by substituting with fruit. Also began eating cottage cheese and eating more frequent (2.5 to 3 Hours). Smaller meals and eliminated cooking with oil.
BF% 25 at the beginning so I am about 163 lbs. lean. That is all I am feeding at this time. calorie intake is 19 calories per pound (3059).

P=306 grams
C=306 grams
F=68 grams

Splitting between 6 to 7 meals a day. Post workout shake not included.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
