i started with the gym on Monday 23/05/2016 and since last week on the 16/5/2016 i'm trying my best to eat less than 1000 calories a day.
169.3 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
