Hi Everyone,
Happy Monday!

I did pretty well with my eating on Sunday and Monday. I almost gave up on Saturday...I was so disgusted with my inability to follow the program I established for myself.

I didn't quit, though. I pulled myself up and tried again. You need to keep trying even though sometimes you think its hopeless. It's not because it's up to you!

You can do it because YOU are in charge. You have to keep fighting to make it work.

I am trying to get under 320. It doesn't seem like it should be this hard but it is so that will make it all the sweeter when I see that 319 on the scale and say goodbye to 320.
324.7 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

Great getting right back to it. We all slip and you are right the most important thing is getting back on . Great attitude!
