skipped tracking for thanksgiving day... figure i deserve it... started karate again, but went too hard and opened my incision... back to being sore and taking it easy for a bit... so ready to start whipping my butt back into shape!!! want to wear my jeans again, desperately!
200.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
