Well I had my abdominal plasty about 2 weeks ago. I am almost fully recovered and loving my new body. Also sticking to my healthy lifestyle.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 152.0 lb. Still to go: 18.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 1.4 lb a week
