Well its a new year, 2010, and while my weight has gone up a couple pounds, I continue to be accountable for my health, working out has started up again and with the new gym membership from work its easy to get in before and after for some great workouts. I havent been doing as well on the weekends, which I know have been a part of my routine that has always needed improvement, but over all I feel I will be able to work off the extra holiday pounds, get back to focusing on my goal of 175 and burning fat and replacing with muscle. Im going to try to be more accountable each week of coming her and recording entries for calories and exercise. Set some new goals each week on getting to the gym and be accountable on weekend partying.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
