1359 kcal Fat: 81.91g | Prot: 108.13g | Carb: 46.06g.   Breakfast: half n half, egg white, butter, strawberries, blueberries, Almond Meal- Bob's Red Mill- 1 Tbsp, Splenda (granulated) - 1/2 tsp, baking powder- 1/4 tsp, cinnamon, extra virgin coconut oil. Lunch: cindy's dressing, romain lettuce, Natural Choice Uncured Bacon, olive oil, asparagus, avocado. Dinner: Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Mezzetta Napa Valley Bistro Marinara Sauce. Snacks/Other: Cream (Half & Half), coffee, peanuts, almonds. more...
