I was 127.6 on the 15th, then I was 128pointsomething, then I was 129.0 for the past couple days.
I was trying to stick to my diet but I was lazy about making breakfast.

Yesterday I made breakfast, scrambled eggs.

Then I had homemade caesar salad without meat.
Then I ate steak.

Then I made mini pecan pies. I ate six of them.

I ate 2,700 calories yesterday and now I'm 127.4...my lowest weight so far during this process. Hilarious.

So of course now I'm going to do what got me started losing weight in the first place, which is EAT BREAKFAST. That is seriously the easiest way to lose weight, it's ridiculous.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kudos buddy. Eating a good healthy breakfast definitely does wonders when trying to lose weight. Keep it up!
