Noticed that i tend not to enter foods when i go over my budget, because i feel bad. i need to just do it and try not to feel bad about it. not entering it feels like giving up, and then i dont stay on track the next day. allow yourself to make mistakes, and yet still feel like you are working towards a goal.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
