bad week, forgot 1 med/day for 6 days as I didn't put in pill box, and another pill Wednesday night so I'm a little out of sorts past 2 days lol.. weight isn't bad, but I didn't think with more fluid intake (and output) that I'd be retaining water but that's the case .. but it all averaged out at the end of the week!!.. want to say a big Happy Mothers Day to all of you Fantastic moms out there in MFS land!!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
