No clue. Did IF all weekend. No cheating. Almost 0 grams carbs. Plenty of water, maybe not as much coffee as normal.
311.0 lb Lost so far: 52.7 lb.    Still to go: 127.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.1 lb a week

SeanKelly I did IF all last week and was doing good. Was supposed to do a journal today with success, But my wife helped sabotage it this weekend lol. I'm up over a pound, the scale was supposed to have gone in the other direction by now. The weight comes off, sometimes it just takes time. Good luck.

Caffeine is a diuretic, so less coffee might indeed mean more water retention. Water is heavy!
