9st 8 (half lb off at WW) Phew, last week's gain off, with the pound I set as my goal on the Wii two weeks ago for company! So as I hoped, it all came out in the wash, altho I was nervous weighing this morning, thinking is it going to be another time I think I've done well only to find the complete reverse?! And also I ate a million calories of choc at a cinema triple bill thurs night (go Team Cap!!) so I guess it wouldn't have been too big a shock if it hadn't gone well today! But I'm really pleased. Geekfest is next Sat so I might be brave and try new star trek dress on to evaluate just how lumpy my tum looks, cos if I do decide to wear it I think the hem needs to be adjusted to the star trek shortness so that gives MIL a week to sort it for me! But I was almost half st lighter last year in the red dress so I'm not sure it'll be a goer this year, might just chicken out and go in my Deadpool tee shirt! (not ONLY the tee, I hasten to add!!)
134.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
