Still dropping. Shocker! I even went to the gym one day last week. I usually post this on Friday but just got around to it Sunday morning (now) ... In a contest with my partner. The one that loses the most percentage of weight wins something.
We did not agree on anything but maybe just the idea of it is well enough.

I read that one should fast one day during the week to clean out their digestive system and give the body a little time to repair other things in our vessel instead of using the energy for digestion. Makes sense but then what would be the best day to fast? Keep the Faith and Keep Praying.
313.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Nice drop and it's good you have a partner to help keep your focus! I did a 1 day fast last week, I felt better, it kicked started something inside, oh and I dropped some weight too. I'd recommend it, I'm going to put a 1 day fast into my routine... I chose Wednesday because not much happens on Wednesday around here. Good luck!!

Nice loss!!! I've read of the one day fast; also read of the one day 'cheat day'....I'm kinda leaning towards....ummm, never mind :)

I believe in the one a day water fastest. Did it for a month it was very relaxing and rewarding. I picked a day that was the less stressful of the week. I started at 8pm and broke it at 8 the next night.
