No change! Drat. I suppose this is okay. I'm down to the third hole in my belt. I've walked quite a bit this past week. Haven't got to the gym as much as I've wanted; every time I've planned to I've had to go to an event at work. It's been frustrating. But I shall plug on.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 157.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, I continue to be amazed at your progress! Under 180? And just 15 pounds to go. You are closer than I am to goal!
