4lbs away from my goal. So close... And lately because ppl see my results I have had 3 people from my work ask me what I am doing to lose weight. So I told them and the one has asked me to continue to help her and help her along her journey. I also link her to thi site. She is doing amazing. Never thought i would have inspired anyone in my life when i was at my highest weight. Now i am more then willing to help anyone i can.

184.0 lb Lost so far: 146.0 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.0 lb a week
