wasnt going to weigh in until tuesday but got weighed at dr. office so figured i should track it... another step in the right direction and my incision is healing well... 10 more days and i can go back to karate and be a little more active again. yay!!!
206.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
