still hovering around this weight it's like I'm at a stand still. on positive note I can actually see my stomach muscles and I'm officially a 34 waist and I can 50 Pushups without breaking a sweat. I guess it's working.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
