no loss, no gain, no biggie.. I couldn't care less today bc my mojo is back! Im up nice and early (at 5am) and headed to gym. Took out stuff for dinner (roasted cauliflower steaks and salmon),took care of my fur babies (3cats) and made DH a awesome lunch.. all before my work out.. I had a rough two weeks and for some reason could not wake up early like I wanted to. I guess I needed some down time. Feeling good today. Maybe it could be bc Im on a mini vacay this week after Wednesday. We are running down and back in the same day (Friday) for son's wedding but the rest will be spent at home and I decided to take a huge step.. Im cleaning out my closet.. sadly I have hoarded clothes from 2001 and my club scene days LOL. Ive accepted Im never gonna wear any of those mini dresses or fish net blouse..(I was into the "music" scene LOL). I also have a lot of work clothes that are outta style and I work from home.. so gonna get rid of all that "baggage".
Goals for the week:
1. Up my cardio to 3 hours min bc Ive been slacking. 180 min / 5 days means 36 min per day SO if I can get 30-40 min a day Ill be happy..
2.Log everything.. bc i dont.. meaning i go days with out logging anything.. I need to do the "leg work" and get my act together.
3. Plan ahead and stop "winging it"
4. Check in everyday .. so I can hold myself accountable. Bc its only up to me..
5. Continue to wake up early ..
Have a great day everyone !! Its raining cats and dogs here in Austin Texas !! xoxo

@Kitten75 DH bought a "mix" at Central Market made my Urban Accents/creative culinary blends. Its basically a seasoning package. He got me "manchego and roasted garlic". package says its good for potatoes too.. I wanted something different and the supermarket we went to has really really good vegetable section and I TRY and get something new each time we go since we dont shop there on a regular basis (its pricey). Hope this helps.

I can't lie, I totally looked at my fishnet top from back in the day *cough* and put it right back in my closet. Kudos to you tightening back up the ship! Great set of goals :)

OMG - you look like my yet to be realized self!!! I'm so jealous (and happy for you) that you are going to your son's wedding!! I wish for that day!!congratulations!! Also tracking food...my messy closet that I want to go through but haven't lifted a finger. Even the getting up early. I try for that too but usually only get a 30' start on my family. Anyway a little tip on tracking, if you like - try not to judge yourself as you track. It's easier and more powerful to try be like a scientist and use it as an observing devise. Plus many "mistakes" really are not mistakes and there's no need to be so hard on oneself. You can look at it at at the end of the week and see what changes you want to make. Plus usually while tracking we tend to make better choices. Have an awesome week. I love your goals!!

Wow! Impressed with your goals and where you're at! "Losing" all that stuff you've got stored will certainly be good for you.I, too, am venturing into my garage; sorting things out from my move over a year go. Makes me want to weep when I realise how much stuff I've got! With that how much I've wasted in the last many years! Well no more of that wasting... only my size will be wasting! Tracking... mmm... agree with lovelife! It is very important! I just haven't been good at doing it! Keep at it!
