Since I've had a severe case of the flu, I've had nothing to eat and little to drink since Tuesday. Of course I'm very happy to have lost so much, but it sure is a rough way to lose it.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 115.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Defintely a rough way to lose it!! You may be really dehydrated too. Hope you're starting to feel better and stronger.
