Put carbs back in my diet was around 130-150 grams a day and now am closer to 220 a day. Calories was around 2000-2100 now around 2500. This has in turn allowed me to carry more water and actually makes me look more muscular than I was before. I started feeling flat and tired prior to last weeks weigh in. Now I can actually get an awesome pump lifting and don't feel run down all the time. I may be +4 for the week but I still see it as progress because I look 10-15 lbs heavier and leaner at the same time.
