9st 10.2, down from 9st 10.8, so last week I rounded up and this week rounded down, so looks like a pound off but really only half. stayed the same at WW Tues so that was alright after my days away. I confess I'm a bit disappointed with half a pound as I thought this week was better than that. But better off than on at least.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
