I LOVE LOW CARB and induction and so glad for the loss this week but 1st off before I bask in my awesomeness I want to be upfront and say I had some cookies yesterday and Im sure Ill see that on the back end in a few days. My son is sick and has the flu and I kinda just ate those cookies bc they were there.. no other reason, which is stupid but Im not gonna cry over it. Moving on. Back to low carbiness all day..I did not hit the gym this morning bc my house reeked off death ( its the stomach flu that my boy has) so Ive been washing and disinfecting everything before work.. Im gonna hit the treadmill in lunch and be grateful for that bc DH and I need to run errands after work. SO its a crazy kinda day but Im alive and thats enough reason to be grateful. Have a wonderful day where ever you are !

Hi Redgirl, what an intense day! I think it was a smart decision to disinfect, get those germs out pronto! 6 lbs? Wow ... You are working that Induction and it shows! By the way, thanks for the 33 recommendation, unfortunately I have to wait for it on Redbox (haven't seen a movie in a theater since 2011) I just can't find someone to watch these kiddos!! You are succeeding so great, those cookies will be long gone, don't worry about them!

full disclosure: I automate my Movie and TV downloads and have done for the past 6 years.

Hi Mahjohn, what does automate movies mean?

Ooo the 33 sounds good. I have on demand but am counting pennies so haven't seen it yet. Still need to see The Martian! Congrats on the loss!!!

For example...I put in that I want to watch "Stars Wars - The Force Awakens". I specify 720p or 1080p (Blue-Ray version), English language, and wait. It will check every hour for a qualifying upload and when it's available, download it...put in a folder ready to watch. Similar for TV shows, these are dl' without commercials. There are various pieces of software that are required, none are difficult to install/configure, etc..it takes some understanding of technology and processes, but not much. Is it legal...of course not.

"The 33" was a decent watch, "The Martian" was really good...

If it wasn't for live soccer on NBS Sports I would have Internet only, no Cable TV service.

Highly Recommend "13 minutes":A foreign movie, has English subtitles. It tells the true story of Georg Elser. He attempted to assassinate Hitler in Novmeber of 1939, and missed killing him by 13 minutes.

Fantastic drop! The cookies, meh, no big deal, you're living a lifestyle that a few cookies can't hurt, you've already proven that you're in it for the long term and cookies just happen sometimes, amirite? Great job, you continue to inspire!
