Forgot pills Saturday. Yesterday had upset stomach from pills but still got in my 3/4 waters. Ended up with two meals and two snacks. Went to the gym – makes it three times last week!!! I'm liking that this pill does it make me jittery or impact my sleep… Just wish the weight-loss was faster.

221.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
