ugh, Easter threw me off. all week my eating been craving more carbs and I keep snacking. disappointed in myself. however with my back slowly feeling better, I did exercise twice this week.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
