Well I'm back on track, I was a truck driver with my hubby and we lost almost 100 pounds together but I decided to come off the road and I have been steady putting my weight back on........smh :( I am back on my eating plan of 1200 to 1500 calories a day, trying to get back into walking but it's hard on my knees, I know I will get past that after a while, just needing some motivation I guess.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
