Holding steady at this plateau - waist at 36 inches, I think I need to start using my slenderizer belt daily.
My calorie intake is not much and I need to start the exercise portion of this life change.
I am also starting to feel this sugar-free thing is becoming a religion and that I will be punished if I partake in anything. Need to talk to my friend/doctor about that.

179.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
