Im logging a loss BUT its not a real loss.. I got a new scale (a cheap analog one) just until I get get the fancy one I want and this is the weight it logs at 7am BEFORE i took one bite/drink. The scale at the gym still says 211 but thats after coffee/liquid supplements and some water so Im ok with the 5-6 lb variance. Its a whole lot better than me think I weighted 165 lbs so imma go with it and be ok with it.
I started a new program at the gym today, its called "short cut to shred" and in place of rest between sets you do cardio so jump rope, run in place, step ups.. It was a real challenge but thats what I am looking for. Its a 6 day a week plan so Ill need to hit the gym Saturday after work since they open at 8 am and I work 8-5. I let DH know so he is prepared to wait for me if we have plans and its only a 6 week program. I have no issues getting my work outs in and I think thats what saves me every time I go off plan.. since Im so active, it balances out. SO I hoping, praying, trying my hardest to get back on plan..its been a real struggle. I might as well be addicted to crack, cause it feels that way.. I do great all day and then after dinner, the snack monster attacks and I want a sweet snack or a crunchy snack or a movie snack, its outta control.. SO what I decided to do is.. shake, breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, snack .. instead of that afternoon snack between lunch and dinner.. I hoping this works.. AND I have to be effin prepared.. bc Im not.. I have the food in the house, I just dont eat it, which is a absolute crock in my book..Making a small grocery list and hitting the market for some snacks bc one cannot survive on celery and cucumbers alone LOL...
Goals for the week:
1. log everything HONESTLY
2. 100oz of water a day
3. wake up early for gym / Ive been sleeping till the last possible moment then rushing to get there
4. try and stay under 25 net per day.. Im allowing 5 net for my vegan protein shake with almond milk.
5. dont eat too much nuts or cheese
6. more veggies/ i had to throw away a huge container of mixed salad greens and Im so miffed about that
7. lay out everything the night before.. so there are no excuses.
LONG TERM GOAlS
1. Get under 200 lbs.. Id like to see this happen sometime in April
2. Get down to 190, then 180.. Im shooting for 180 by August/September
3. 150 is still my "goal weight" however I am not putting a time frame on this goal. I just want to have something to work towards... Ill get there when I get there and hopefully its before 2017. bwahahahaha
CHeers everyone. Have a great day and thank you for "listening" rant over !

Good plan on the reset Red! Sounds like the 6 wk program will supply a nice balance of aerobic and anaerobic activity which will give you a great base going forward. Glad to hear you are doing well! FWIW, snacking is my nemesis too, I have to plan on having some low sugar snacks available in the fridge or I go rogue, no chocolate is safe. :-)

Keep at it, and just keep thinking about good choices. I almost always skip breakfast, and I don't worry, about cheats. I just had a piece a peanut butter bread. Others maybe can't do that, but just find a happy place with possibly less food. Believe in yourself, always envision the reward of the end goal. We want everyone to happy, and successful with their diet and goals. You will do it!

Have you tried Quest or Mission1 bars for your sweet tooth? The carbs they have is fiber and plenty of protein. You got this, keep on going!

I'm so sorry to comment on your post w a question :(( but I'm just starting out on this site. Can someone please tell me how to add my diet (which is Weight Watchers) to my profile so I can join in on conversations etc. Also... I'm having trouble editing my profile in general. Lol. I want my info to be public and I clicked on "buddies only" by mistake. Thank you all in advance ... and again... So sorry to bombard your post 😊
