1217 kcal Fat: 25.11g | Prot: 34.15g | Carb: 137.10g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, cheerios banana nut, coffee. Lunch: Light String Cheese, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, metamucil sugar free orange fiber, great value mixed fruit cup. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, harvestland chicken thigh, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, Condensed, Canned), saltines. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
