OutlanderFan's Journal, 23 March 2016

Felt like I should have done better this week (actually I WAS down to 210.4 on Sunday) but now that I think of it, I probably ate too many nuts and didn't take in as much fluid as I should have. Going to try to eat cleaner this week, with more veggies (I'm on a roasted broccoli and squash kick right now) and less sucralose. In it for the long haul. This is a learning process...

That's exactly where I am right now. Nuts are a killer, but focusing on more veggies, less protein, and ZERO saturated (mono, and poly especially) seems to be the trick.

"Protein can help you shed those unwanted pounds -- and keep your belly full. But it's important to eat the right amount and the right kind of protein to get its health benefits." http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/guide/good-protein-sources Zero saturated is a Great idea, but consider not less protein but "right kind" of protein.
