I restarted my scale over the years I have lost 90 lbs since 2011. And I started atkins again on Mar 10 2016, with induction.
Phase. Now I'm restarting the whole fat secret app starting at 200(I lost 3lbs since Mar 10th 2016when I weighed in at 203lbs)as far as working out I'm doing Insanity max 30 (on week 3) and started doing Freeletics (on week 3 )and eventually Freeletics Running
