I have not been able to keep my mind focused to follow my plan. So much going on with projects at work. Preparing for travel in 3 weeks and again before Christmas. Those times always are difficult for me to stay on track.

Today is the beginning of a new week and a new month on Tuesday--So back on Induction to get my discipline back. Come too far to just let it go. Started the day today with a 50 minute walk with hubby and the dog.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I find travel can be disruptive. The thing to do is plan to eat as sparingly as possible, and stick to your plan as much as possible.
