Fledgist's Journal, 30 October 2011

Down just a little this morning, to exactly 182 lbs, 13 stone; 82.6 kg in new money. I've hit a major milestone. Normality, that long-sought goal is just around the corner. My BMI is not different according to the Halls website is still 26.1 (that small drop made no difference).

Still, hitting the benchmark is psychologically significant. I've 18 pounds to go to hit my goal. I've got myself under that twenty-pound barrier. While I don't expect it to be plain sailing (what with people saying I've lost enough weight while I can see the flab still hanging on), I am happy about how it is going right now.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 155.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:-) yeah for your milestone..... Funny how people always want to give their opinion and say, "you aren't going to loose anymore are you?" with that "look" on their face. I think it is because people are not used to see you thinner / a normal weight. I don't want to necessarily loose loads more - maybe half a stone; I just want to get rid of the "midriff roll", I am sure some people will say, I haven't got one now - but I know if I put on a very close fitting waistband - the roll appears lol. Could be body fat you need to loose, not necessarily weight.... I am sure with the gym work you are doing this will diminish :-)

Wow isn't it nice you love to show your weight in all its glory stones, pounds and kilograms. It's the stones that really hit home to me, don't want to weigh more than a heavy weight boxer LOL. You will get rid of the flab with all your workouts.....Happy Sunday.
