I did well this past week. Not perfect, but hey, what is perfect anyway? I made positive changes and followed the program the best I could.

Took my shut-in friend to bingo. Well, everyone doesn't behave very nicely at bingo it seems. An elderly "gentleman" went haywire because he didn't call bingo on the Jackpot early enough and he threw all of stuff off the table and went on a rampage. YIKES!

It snowed at lunchtime...yeah that was not very nice!

My cat got bit in the head by a stray giant tom cat. Poor thing - now I have to take him to the vet and probably get a $100 vet bill on top of it.

OK kind of random non food topics today but it's all good. :)
319.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
