9st 9 (1.5 off at WW) Hurrah for a result! (Which I've just undone with a huge Dominos delivery!) I've done the first week's training for couch to 5k 3x as required, can't say it's getting any easier! Maybe I'm one of those non-responders to exercise?! Went with the faster daughter this morning, which possibly made me go a bit faster although I certainly didn't try to keep up with her! Oddly it was my knees I feared for in the whole running idea but in fact today it's been my spine hurting. Might be the impact, the fusion in my thoracic spine puts an awful lot of pressure on the lumbar vertebra below it, something I'm going to have to keep an eye on... Hoping for another week of good result to prep me for the trip to Bath! Discovering Belvita Soft Bake Choc Chip breakfast biscuits has been a saving grace this week!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm on week 7, there aren't any 'walkie' parts, apart from the warmup and cool down, just running. It is so difficult, don't know how people run for fun, it absolutely kills me. Well done on the loss this week :-)
