Two weeks back into my low carb lifestyle, and I'm down another 5 pounds. Thank God, it's coming off!
340.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2337 kcal Fat: 161.73g | Prot: 167.88g | Carb: 54.53g.   Breakfast: Instant Coffee (Decaffeinated, Dry Powder), Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Italian Sweet Creme Coffee Creamer, Kroger stevia blend,, Smithfield Bacon, thick cut Naturally Applewood Smoked, Spinach, Bacon, Cheese, & Leek Quiche, Bob Evans Original Pork Sausage Links. Lunch: Market Pantry Tilapia Fillets, Bacon Grease, Kroger Swai Fillets, Butter (Salted), Kraft Tartar Sauce, Green Beans with a touch of Soul. Dinner: Ken's Steak House Buttermilk Ranch Salad Dressing, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken. Snacks/Other: Kroger barbecue flavored pork rinds,, Russell Stover Sugar Free Mint Patties. more...

Thanks, and yes I already have. Speaking of God. I mentioned, two weeks ago, that I would be concerned about the food that would be around, while serving today, at church; I passed the test; I walked past, and stayed away, from all the goodies that was brought in; the most tempting of which was sausage biscuits and hash browns from McDonalds's, and some donut holes from Tim Horton's. Oh yeah, if I can avoid that, other things should be easy.
