1289 kcal Fat: 28.77g | Prot: 39.33g | Carb: 140.40g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, cheerios banana nut, coffee. Lunch: great value mixed fruit cup, Greek Yogurt - Honey, metamucil sugar free orange fiber, blue diamond chocolate almond milk. Dinner: saltines, sweet leaf green tea, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), pork loin. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
gaining 1.5 lb a week
