say hello to the new and improved Red! DH surprised me and paid for the YMCA.. i was gonna wait till i got paid this Friday but DH saw how unhappy working out at night makes me.. I was literally starting to get depressed and sleeping late LOL.. All I have to do now is walk outta my apt, thru the parking and cross the street and there is the YMCA! Its twice as much a month BUT that covers all 4 of us AND they have all the classes and the pool and hot tub so I think its worth it. Im am a little annoyed that there are no cables for tricep pull downs and things like that but looking on the bright side, that will just force me out of my comfort zone and Ill just need to learn some new sets for triceps. It got A LOT of free weights which is nice.. and a change.
Now its time to focus on diet again.. focus focus focus.. Goals for the week..
1. no eating after 8pm
2. Up my water ,
3. Log everything
4. and most important, DONT CHEAT..

Happy Monday and cheers to every one !

Great news Red, you will LOVE having it so close by and convenient...that it also includes your family is an awesome bonus. Take some pics for yourself soon, I'm betting you'll look back on this in a few months and be amazed at your transformation. Great plan & goals too!!
