I don't know what is going on my diet hasn't changed one bit but this week it just keeps climbing up.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 34.7 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 28.0 lb a week

May I suggest you GOOGLE an article titled, "Why the Scale Lies" because it may help you better understand the ups and downs. Hang with it!

That was a good article! Thanks for the tip. I know that one gallon of water weighs 8 pounds so I don't really sweat the daily fluctuations, it's just I haven't seen it rise this much overall between drops. My wife suspected it was dehydration. I've been super busy wrapping up at work (Tuesday is my last day!) and that usually means lots of coffee and little else. So I fixed that today and will keep hydrated tomorrow as well and see if I can turn this around.
