9st 10 (2.5 on at WW) a little off this weekend (& without the usual morning prep!!) But not enough to change the rounded amount! Daughter made pancakes for brek, gah -temptation so early in the day! But when I entered them on here it turned out not so bad so hurrah! Some indulgence planned for tomorrow but then I must get back on it to lose some before I go to Bath at the end of the month, and so I can wear a trekkie dress at Geekfest in May! Plus we've booked several hols including the best one, to Iceland in Oct again, and my padded trousers are snug at the mo so that's good incentive to keep on top of things! So lots of reasons to be good, just need to actually get on with it! Really struggling with lack of motivation to swim lately, but I definitely have better results when I do, even if I walk as an alternative, but that might be because of generalised better behavior when I'm in the routine of swimming, in the same way that my mood is affected - am I eating junk because I'm down, or am I feeling down because the junk I've eaten makes me sluggish?! I know I've been drinking more proper coffee lately, and I'm not sure too if this has affected me.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
