Alright Alright Alright got the scale going in the downward direction. Now to do some real exercise. Keep telling myself but not doing it. Motivation is what I need.
316.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Lol! Not laughing at you! When I read that you need motivation to exercise I flashed to earlier today when I was helping a sick neighbor tend his stock. I was halfway across the pasture when the bull showed up. I quickly got motivated to run full speed and roll under the fence. Amazing how agile and quick you become when you have a 1300 lb bull chasing you.
