Yep eating the Olive Garden hurt me the other day I gained 3 pounds but I was back at it yesterday I did pretty good. I work in a doctors office and we get free lunches often so its easier to stay on track when we don't have to go into restaurants we order food they bring it to us, but I think I may just start brining my own food. I just wish I had more energy I feel so tired all the time. I take a multi vitamin, some B12 and D3 but its seems like its not enough to help with the energy level. so I think I will visit GNC today and see about other vitamins I may need some C also. any how its going to be a good day it is cold as heck out but it is beautiful so I will be taking a nice long walk today to soak up some rays.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
