I have been on this WOE for a few days and I have not cheated at all, I also have not really done any exercising. Today I gained the 2lbs I lost back, which doesn't make since according to all the people I know on this WOE. They stall after a few months, but for the few weeks at least they continue to lose weight. My carbs are low like they are suppose to be. I will let you know how things are tomorrow.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
