It's not day 1 yet. However, if I can get by with only 1 dew today, I will be happy. I just have to remember to grab a water if/when I get frustrated with DH later. I am going to get healthier without him first. Then maybe, just maybe, he'll change his habits and we will both be better off in a few months. Only time will tell.
As I mentioned in a challenge response - I see a water pitcher out there, filtered system, that holds 8-cups. If it's not overly spendy, I think I might pick it up, then I will have better track of what I actually drink. I really don't know how much I go through at work. This may still not help me with that, but if I drink 8-cups at home, then what I drink at work is all extra...
