1268 kcal Fat: 46.07g | Prot: 59.93g | Carb: 152.40g.   Breakfast: GNC lean shake 25 french vanilla, so delicious coconut milk, coffee. Lunch: wendys side salad, Wendys Avacodo Ranch, Wendy's Pomegrante Vinaigrette, Cranberry Mango Blueberry Bran Muffin. Dinner: earth balance, Japanese Sweet Potato, avacado, brown rice, cucumber, all natural, Nori seaweed, ginger pickled. Snacks/Other: Pumpkin Oat Buckwheat Bars, Hard boiled egg, banana. more...
